3DPotter 3D PotterBot Super 9 3D Printer
With the clay carrying capacity of 3600 ml, Super 9 lets you print larger objects in one go. The printer’s anodized Aluminum rail lets you smoothly transport one part from a place to the other. Potterbot claims to directly extrude clay and not using a compressed air system printing slip like other companies. With Super 9 you can gain complete control of all the functions of the printer over Wi-fi.
Super 9 offers a maximum printing envelope of 420 mm * 360 mm * 510 mm. You can print parts as well as functional prototypes on the printer at an average speed ranging from 55 to 130 millimeters per second. Nozzle sizes with which you can print on Super 9 range from 1 to 6 mm. Not only can you print with ceramics, but also using other paste-like materials on the printer.
Potterbot Super 9 can print small as well as big volume objects with dimensional accuracy. Hybrid closed-loop stepper motors govern the complete movement of the mechanism inside the printer. A larger clay extruder means faster printing speed and prints in one-go. The printer is suitable for university, domestic, as well as industrial atmospheric conditions. Monitoring and control of the printer are even possible remotely.
