ANYCUBIC Photon Zero
Providing a 16 times stronger anti-aliasing function, Anycubic Photon Zero lets you print highly detailed parts and functional prototypes in one go. It features a quick FEP replaceable bed that can be changed for continuous 3D printing. A lead screw combined with a linear rail ensures smooth Z-axis movement. The machine can print eight different models with various exposure parameters in a single print allowing users to compare and decide which one will be the most suitable. Photon Zero’s upgraded UV module allows for uniform distribution of parallel UV lights for high-quality results.
The printer’s cooling device enables stable printing performance. Moreover, the machine is integrated with Photon Workshop for quick slicing, model hollowing, and cutting. Weighing only 4.7 kilograms, the machine can be easily transported from one office corner to the other. It cures parts and functional prototypes using a powerful light source of 405 nanometers and is able to offer a layer resolution range of 0.01 mm to 0.2 mm.
Benefits:
- Quick FEP replacement.
- Highly precise parts and functional prototypes.
- Efficient UV cooling system.
- 16x anti-aliasing.

- Available at a very affordable cost.
- Comes with a single screw leveling that decreases human effort like no other.
- Low resolution of the printer is covered to a considerable extent with the printer’s Anti-aliasing technology.
- Low power consumption.
- Quick FEP replacement.
- Equipped with important tools that are highly useful in the due course of 3D printing.
- New slicing software makes possible quick slicing of parts and functional prototypes.
- Despite the anti-aliasing technology, the printer is only able to provide a resolution of 480 pixels.
- Lesser printing materials.
- Works only with Windows and mac operating systems.
- Leveling of bed becomes a headache as you need to do it every time.
- The Z axis lead screw and linear rail setup doesn’t give the printer same level of stability as the former versions.
