Formlabs Form 3L 3D Printer

With its built-in integrated sensors, Form 3L helps in maintaining ideal print conditions that are set up by you. As a bonus, it also sends you alerts about the state of your machine. Its optical sensors continuously correct itself for non-stop printing with scale and power. These sensors can even detect dust and alert you about the same. With the intention of developing user-replaceable components, Form 3L by Formlabs has Light Processing Units, rollers, and optics window that can be replaced in-house. 

By developing this 3D printer, Formlabs has brought its user experience to connect to the Large Format 3D Printing In-House technology. This experience enables its users to scale up their in-house print production in an easy-to-use manner. Form 3L eliminates the usual turnaround time of outsourcing or the manual work of assembly that is generally required for all other large-scale 3D prints. 

Technically, Form 3L has two staggered Light Processing Units (LPUs) inside the printer. This printer offers an automatic resin dispensing, simple print preparation software, and an interface with which it ensures that no extra-skills are required to use it. Like all other 3D printers by the company, Form 3L too, provides the incredible surface finish and fine detail that the stereolithography 3D printers are known to provide.
