Dremel DigiLab 3D40 Flex 3D Printer
Making print removal as easy as emptying an ice tray is the printer’s 3D40 Flexplate. The printer is 30 percent faster than its former version. Tested thousands of hours before actual 3D printing, the printer ensures consistent printing of parts and functional prototypes.
3D40 Flex prints parts having a layer resolution range of 50 to 300 microns. The prints are very smooth and clean. Although Dremel offers the highest quality PLA filament printing with this printer, you can also use other brands for 3D printing other kinds of parts. Connection with the printer is easily possible using USB, Wi-fi, or Ethernet. The printer features a PTFE direct extruder.
3D40 Flex offers a maximum build volume of 255 mm * 155 mm * 170 mm. A 3.5-inch full-color touchscreen interface lets you interact and operate all the functions of the printer.
The extruder of the printer can withstand 230 degrees Celsius of temperature. The bed leveling of the printer is semi-automatic. An 8 GB internal storage comes with the printer to store sliced files that are fed to the printer for further work. A Dremel Digilab 3D Slicer and Dremel Print Cloud come compatible with the printer and allow you to smoothly slice and store apart for the printer.
