Sintratec S1 3D Printer

Sintratec S1 is a desktop-sized industrial 3D printer, which was launched in the year 2016.  The printer has an amazingly large build-up chamber and has the ability to produce a high-quality, functional prototype that has a complex design and the printer type is polymer powder. It is manufactured by a Switzerland-based manufacturer that focuses on producing a compact laser-based additive manufacturing system. The Sintratec S1 3D printer uses the SLS Selective Laser Sintering technology, which allows the user to keep multiple objects with increased efficiency. The S1 laser selectively sinters the powdered material layer by layer.

The main feature of the printer is that it has high precision diode laser and it can print 3D parts without the need for the support structure. And this allows for functional, moving parts creation with complex geometries without any hassle. The 3D printer also has CE certification, and it is very easy to install as it does not require ventilation systems, high voltage power supply, etc.

Sintratec S1 offers a printing volume of 130× 130 ×180mm while the metric dimension of the printer is 670×365×757mm. It has material compatibility with Nylon, PA 12, TPE. It is basically designed for Automotive, consumer products. It provides connectivity through SD & USB.
