Built with a convenient assembling and dissembling build platform, UnionTech RSPro800 allows you to take away parts easily while post-processing. The laser source helps in curing each layer after its spread over the build platform. Made of granite, the frame of the printer is extremely stable and rigid even while printing parts with difficult geometries.
Sensors placed inside UnionTech RSPro800 take care of points to decrease human intervention while loading and unloading of resins, bed leveling, removing support structures, etc. A closed-loop control strategy for parts and functional prototypes extremely useful during mass production.
The maximum build envelope capacity offered by UnionTech RSPro800 is 800 mm * 800 mm * 500 mm. The accuracy of the printer on the port side is around 100 mm with a tolerance level of 0.15 mm. The beam size of the laser source used in the printer ranges from 0.12 mm to 0.2 mm, whereas the layer thickness ranges from 0.07 mm to 0.25 mm. A solid-state frequency tripled Nd: YV04 laser with a wavelength of 355 nm is used for curing parts and functional prototypes. It can be operated and governed simply without any complications.
