3DPotter 3D PotterBot Scara V4
Advanced design and substantial construction of 3D Potterbot Scara V4 makes it eligible for delivering clay loads between 85 to 250 lb continuously. When combined with a continuous flow hopper, the printer can even be used for printing structures and walls.
Scara V4 is the largest model offered by 3D Potterbot for ceramic and paste printing. The printer is able to offer a maximum build envelope of 1829 mm along its X and Y axis, whereas 1143 mm along its Z-axis.
Although operating at a speed such as 130 millimeters per second, Scara V4 is pretty quiet and hence can be used in any area without disturbing the surroundings. The majority of the printer’s structure is CNC manufactured out of heavy aircraft grade 6061 Aluminum and welded for maximizing its overall strength and rigidity. Hybrid closed-loop stepper motors have onboard computers with telemetry continually upgrading their position for zero error positioning.
For interacting with Scara V4 you can use Duet Web Control which, when opened in a web browser can be used on your laptop, tablet, phone, or other devices from which Wi-fi can be enabled. You can precisely estimate the time remaining for the printing process to complete, adjust print and extrusion speed in real-time using the highly functional user-friendly interface of the printer.
