The RPM of the printing system provides consistent powder control for delivering scalable metal parts batch after batch. It features a vacuum chamber for ensuring the lowest O2 content.

The modular design of DMP 500 allows for a continuous function of all metal 3D printing and powder management modules for maximizing uptime, throughput, and operational value. DMP 500 consists of function-specific modules designed to maximize efficiency by optimizing utilization. Each of these modules is completely integrated with a Removable Print Module that is vacuum sealable, making a controlled print environment possible. 24*7 printing of parts and efficient depowering on build platforms, also automatic recycling unused powder materials is managed using Powder Management Modules.
