With two internal chamber heaters and a high-temperature heat bed, Evo 22 creates an optimal thermal environment for the formation of strong parts with a smooth surface finish. The printer’s oversized air filtration system works actively to contain UFP and VOC emissions during the 3D printing process. And with the machine’s fail-safe technology, you can continue printing even after running out of material or purging a clogged hot end.

Airwolf 3D Evo 22 features a part save mechanism that lets you resume production exactly from where you left it off in case of any accidental failure or other interruptions. The printer’s enclosed build volume is ideal for printing parts using ABS, Hydrofill water-soluble support, polycarbonate, and a lot more. The brain and heart consist of a GENESIS Microcontroller that supports printing high-performance industrial manufacturing.

Evo 22 offers a maximum build volume of 305 mm * 305 mm * 578 mm that lets you print parts and functional prototypes in one go. The recommended print speed range for printing the same is 100 to 150 millimeters per second. The minimum layer height offered by the printer is 40 microns. To decrease your effort and increase the overall efficiency of Evo 22, Airwolf has kept its calibration automatic.
